Abstract

This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of how crisis communication and teamwork play a role in strengthening organizational resilience. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, this study examines various recent scientific publications (2021–2025) that discuss communication, collaboration, and organizational resilience strategies in various sectors, such as health, small businesses, and public administration. The results of the study show that open, transparent, and two-way communication is the key to building trust and coordination among organizational members. Meanwhile, effective teamwork contributes to increased cohesion, shared learning processes, and continuous innovation, thereby strengthening the organization's ability to adapt to crises. Both have a relationship that strengthens each other's good communication, fosters solid collaboration, while strong collaboration promotes higher organizational resilience. Overall, this study confirms that the resilience of an organization is not only reflected in its ability to survive in the midst of a crisis, but also in the strength of communication, team solidity, and the learning culture that continues to grow within it.
