Abstract

The development of information technology has prompted the government to transform digitally, including through the use of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD), which aims to enhance the effectiveness and transparency of regional financial management. This study aims to analyse the factors influencing user satisfaction with SIPD in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Palu City using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach, which encompasses five main dimensions: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. Using quantitative methods, this study administered questionnaires to 229 financial managers from 41 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Palu City. The results showed that simultaneously, Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness had a significant effect on User Satisfaction. To some extent, Accuracy, Ease of Use, and Timeliness significantly affect User Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Content and Format do not considerably affect User Satisfaction. These findings indicate that users prioritize the system's accuracy, ease of use, and speed in displaying information. The results of this study inform the Palu City Government’s efforts to develop SIPD by placing greater emphasis on improving data quality, navigation, and system processing speed to optimize user satisfaction.
