Abstrak

This study aims to analyze how flexibility and adaptability play a role in improving the resilience of modern organizations in facing rapid and uncertain environmental changes. These two concepts are understood as the ability of organizations to adjust their strategies, structures, work processes, as well as internal mindsets and cultures in order to remain relevant amid business dynamics. This study uses a qualitative method through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which allows researchers to map and examine various scientific findings in a structured manner. The results of the analysis are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of how these two capabilities complement each other in supporting organizational sustainability. Flexibility helps organizations adjust their internal systems and strategies, while adaptability helps encourage organizations to respond to new opportunities and challenges quickly and effectively. The expected findings of this study are the roles of flexibility and adaptability in modern organizations, and a comprehensive overview of how these capabilities form an important foundation in creating responsive, innovative, and sustainable organizations or companies in the long term.
