The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Increasing Students’ Interest in Learning at SMA Negeri 2 Ampana Kota: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on students' interest in learning at SMA NEGERI 2 AMPANA KOTA. The background of this study is the decline in student enthusiasm and active participation in learning activities, which is suspected to be influenced by suboptimal leadership styles among teachers and principals in managing and motivating students. Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that inspires, motivates, and sets an example for students by articulating a clear vision, providing individual attention, and empowering their potential. By implementing this style, teachers are expected to foster enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility, and intrinsic motivation in student learning.
