Abstrak

Authentic leadership is a leadership approach that emphasizes integrity, transparency, and self-awareness in leaders to influence employee well-being. This study aims to analyze the relationship between authentic leadership and employee well-being through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results showed that authentic leadership positively affects employee well-being through the dimensions of self-awareness, relational transparency, moral perspective, and balanced information processing. Authentic leadership can enhance employees' psychological, emotional, and social well-being by fostering trust, reducing work-related stress, and increasing job satisfaction.
