The Influence of Participatory Leadership Style on Community Empowerment in Mantangisi Village

Abstrak

This study aims to examine how the participatory leadership style of the village head contributes to increasing community empowerment in Mantangisi Village. Changes in community dynamics, village development needs, and demands for transparency require the village government to actively involve residents in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs. This study uses a descriptive-quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires. Respondents consist of village officials, community leaders, and residents involved in empowerment programs. Data are analyzed through simple regression using SPSS.
