This study aims to analyze the influence of the village head's paternalistic leadership style on community participation levels in Buntongi Village. Paternalistic leadership is understood as a leadership model that emphasizes paternalistic attitudes, emotional closeness, and the protection of residents, while still demanding obedience. The research method employed a quantitative approach using a survey. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to Buntongi Village residents representing various age groups and professions. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression to assess the extent to which paternalistic leadership style influences community participation.
