This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of the implementation of servant leadership functions by the Head of the Land Office in improving employee work discipline. This research is driven by the view that a leadership style oriented towards serving and developing followers can be an important catalyst in shaping high-disciplinary behavior in government institutions. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving employees of the Land Office as the population and sample of the research. Data were collected through a structured literature review to measure the extent to which the servant leadership variable (X1) affects discipline (Y1).
